There are many ways to learn to connect with yourself, and throughout my journey, I've sought to train myself to support you holistically, recognizing that each person is unique. That's why I decided to specialize in mindfulness and yoga: tools that invite us to inhabit the present, listening to the body, mind, and emotions from a place of awareness and compassion.

1:1 Mindfulness Program
For eight weeks, I'll guide you through a process of connecting with yourself through mindfulness.
Through mindfulness we explore, practice by practice, the seven key attitudes for cultivating greater presence, calm, and awareness in your daily life.
We start with a 1.5-hour introductory session and then continue with weekly 1-hour meetings. Between sessions, you'll receive exercises and activities to integrate what you've learned into your daily life.

1:1 Yoga Class
Intentional yoga classes that integrate body, mind, and breath. We begin with presence exercises, continue with a conscious asana practice, and conclude with meditation and awareness.
Each class lasts 45 to 60 minutes and is completely tailored to your needs, incorporating elements such as essential oils, music, and instruments that enrich the experience and make it truly holistic.
