Therapy Sessions

At DFAPSICOLOGIA, we believe in the importance of creating safe, high-quality spaces to support each person’s emotional well-being. Over time, the need to open more therapy spaces became evident, which is why our team has grown — allowing us to offer closer and more accessible support.

Together, we integrate practical tools such as mindfulness and conscious breathing to support each therapeutic process, always striving to make every session meaningful and safe. We work closely to ensure that each process reflects the holistic and caring philosophy that defines DFAPSICOLOGIA.

Additional Information

  • Sessions last 45 to 50 minutes and are designed to provide a safe and confidential space where you can explore your challenges and find meaningful solutions.

  • In-person sessions are only available in Guatemala.

  • In the therapeutic space, the following topics are covered. If you don't find what you're looking for, don't hesitate to ask. The goal is to support you, either by starting your process or referring you to another professional who better suits your goals.
